- participate in any offers, marketing activities and/or promotional activities;

You do not have to provide us with your personal information if you do not want to. Although, if you choose not to you may be unable to use some parts or all of our website, and/or services.
Automatically: We collect some information about you automatically when you visit our website and/or use our services. This information includes your IP address, device type, what pages you are visiting on our website and any links you click on while using our website. This information is used to gain a better understanding of how people are using our website and how we can better this experience for our customers.
If permitted through the permission system in your device, we may also collect the location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background. This may be collected in order to deliver your order or to identify which Franchise you should be placing an order from.

These include credit referral agencies any other suppliers of products and services to the customer and other persons or companies with whom the customer has been associated. Social Media: If you engage with us via any of our social media platforms we may collect the personal information associated with your social media account in order to personalise and improve our services, and to validate the personal information you have already provided to us.

- to the Just Cabins Group, including our franchise community and related companies. Any use of your information by such parties will be in compliance with this privacy policy.

This includes providers who support our delivery of the website, and/or services to you, credit referral agencies, business advisers or providers who assist us with marketing or promoting our services to you.
- where we are required by the Privacy Act 2020 or any other applicable laws or regulations to do so or to defend our legal rights. Where possible, we will notify you of this type of disclosure.
- when we have your express consent to do so.
- we may disclose aggregate shopper statistics to any party, provided that these statistics do not contain any identifiable information about a customer and their individual shopping habits.
International disclosure
Your personal information may be processed in countries other than the country you live in (for example, Australia). Although these countries may have different privacy laws, we ensure that your personal information remains protected to the same standard it would if it was being held in New Zealand.
