Large Cabins

At 4.2m x 2.4m, this portable cabin is most commonly used as a spare bedroom or sleepout, to give family or friends the privacy they need.
It can easily house a queen bed and additional furniture, such as a bedside table, drawers, and desk, to create a separate space for your teenager or adult children. If you’ve got the whole family moving home, Mum, Dad and the kids can sleep well with a double and single bed or cot, spaciously set inside a cabin of their own.
Business owners will love the size of this hire cabin too. With the ability to fit several desks and storage shelves or filing cabinets into our large cabin, it’s ideal for an office or a home business that requires room for client meetings.

Our Extra Large rental cabin is 4.8m x 2.4m so is spacious and suitable for all situations.
Ideal as worker accommodation, a large bedroom, or office space big enough for three staff, there’s plenty of room for all.
There’s room for a double bed, couch, and drawers, making it a quick and easy way to create a self-contained space for your teenager or in-laws. Styled to suit any furniture, they will feel right at home!
Operating a professional business has never been easier, with plenty of space for a large corner desk, a consultation table for client meetings and storage space. Plus, with a double-open window, this transportable cabin feels light and airy.

A legally binding lease agreement for a minimum period of 6 months must be entered into for every hire.
All cabin hire requires rent to be paid two weeks in advance.
Delivery;
= $300 within 45kms of Gisborne
= $400 within 45kms – 90kms of Gisborne
= $500 over 90kms from Gisborne
All commercial lease prices are plus GST
When your cabin lease term is coming to an end, 4 weeks notice in advance is required for the cabin to be picked up
